How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed or not?

 After completing the booking process successfully, you can go to " My Bookings" icon on the home page and check the booking details and booking status

 You will also receive your reservation number via your e-mail in addition to the reservation receipt that contains all the information.

  How can I view the invoice after booking?

From the home page go to my reservations. From your list of reservation, click View reservation details
By entering the reservation details, you will see the reservation invoice.

  How can I view the location after booking?

From the home page:

• Click on the My Reservations icon

• Click on View Booking

• Click on "go to the property" button

  How can I cancel or amend my reservation?

Check the cancellation and refund policy before you make any changes to a reservation:

go to home

Then my reservations

Then click on View Booking

At the bottom of the page is the cancel reservation button

  Will the amount be refunded upon cancellation of the reservation?

Each host has its own cancellation and refund policy, if the policy allows canceling the reservation and refunding the amount, the amount will be refunded within 4 working days

 

If the policy is "non-refundable" you will be charged only the deposit amount

You can check your reservation policy by viewing the details of the cancellation and refund policy on the unit page.
