By accessing and using Area4u website and application, you agree to accept, without modification restrictions or conditions, all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to enter into this Agreement and use the Site in accordance with all terms and conditions found here.
Modify the terms
Area4U website and application works as much as possible to provide the information on the website and the application as accurately as possible. However, some errors may occur from time to time. Area4U website and application and any of our partners do not bear any responsibility for any error in the information contained in the site or application
The site and the application include information about the services and products provided by Area4U application and site and any other party. The information and other materials on the Website and Application are provided in the strictest confidence. By using the site or application, you agree and acknowledge that the site or application may make any update, change or modification of the terms and conditions or customer service policy, or any information provided, at any time without notice.
The terms and conditions become effective as soon as they are published on the website and application, and will not have any retroactive effect on any reservations previously made through it.
You should read these terms and conditions each time you visit the website or application to ensure that you are aware of all the previous terms and conditions. Accordingly, your continued use of the Website or Application constitutes your acceptance of any change in the Terms and Conditions.
Booking terms
When a reservation is made through Area4U website and application, you agree to fully comply with and agree to all reservation conditions imposed by the accommodation, including cancellation and no-show laws, and any other conditions imposed on you during the stay or reservation, including the services available and/or Products offered by the accommodation (special additional terms and conditions may be collected from the specified accommodation)
Arriving late or not showing up
You should contact Area4U website and application in case you wish to cancel your reservation (which is subject to cancellation) before the date of the reservation, but if your arrival is likely to be late than the check-in time or you cannot register on the day of your reservation, you must contact the accommodation place directly and inform them of that. If you fail to check in to the Accommodation on the day of booking without informing them, the remainder of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, subject to the Accommodation's terms and conditions.
Change or cancel your reservation
Cancellation policy varies between properties. Some reservations are not subject to change or cancellation; some accommodations may charge a cancellation fee, while others offer a full refund. Please note that some reservations with certain rates or special offers are not eligible for change or cancellation. Some properties may also apply additional fees for early or late departures.
The Accommodation's reservation change or cancellation policy is available on the Accommodation website information page or under "Reservation Terms", "Cancellation Policy" or similar, and in the reservation confirmation email and reservation receipt. We advise you to make sure and read the cancellation and no-show policy of the property before completing the booking process.
Regardless of the policy of changing or canceling the reservation of the accommodation, Area4U application and website reserves the right to charge a certain fee for changing or canceling the reservation, as indicated on the site. Please check the details of the terms and conditions of the property before making your reservation.
If you wish to review, amend or cancel your reservation, please refer to the reservation confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions contained therein, or contact the customer service team of Area4U website and application.
In the chalet/lounge
If some of the facilities that were booked at your request are not available upon your arrival at your accommodation, we advise you to file a complaint with the property management. However, Area4U website and application do not promise or guarantee the availability of any of the facilities that you have previously requested.
Website/App Availability
Area4U website and application use all means to ensure the readiness of the website and the application and the availability of all services associated with it, but it cannot guarantee its continuous or uninterrupted operation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Area4U website and application do not have any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the content of the website and application, and have the right to waive all warranties to the fullest extent available in applicable law. YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND OTHER MATERIALS, OR THROUGH THE SITE OR APPLICATION, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Area4U website and app do not make any guarantees about the accuracy or virus-freeness of such software.
Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances shall Are4U and its licensors, suppliers and service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or deterrent compensation of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) arising with any means of communication using or inability to use Area4U Application and Website whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence or liability products or otherwise, even if you have been advised of the possibility of any damages. This includes any information, products or services obtained or through any communication on the Website or Application.
